Terms of Service.

Who we are and what these terms cover

JustSigns is software provided as a service, published and operated by IDEALOGY France, a SARL with a share capital of €50,000, RCS Paris 505 014 506, VAT number FR45505014506, whose registered office is at 50 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France (“IDEALOGY”, “we”).

These terms cover your use of justsigns.tv, the JustSigns dashboard and the JustSigns player apps. Other services sold by IDEALOGY, such as JustCaster or its managed social media service, have their own contracts and are not covered here.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using JustSigns, you accept these terms. If you use JustSigns for a company, you confirm that you are allowed to accept them on its behalf.

Your account

• Keep your login details confidential and tell us at contact@justsigns.tv about any unauthorised use.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account, including actions by the team members you invite.
• Each person uses their own login; logins may not be shared.

Plans, displays and free trial

Plans are sold per display. The plan you choose determines how many displays, users and schedules you can use, as shown on the pricing page.

A free 15-day trial is available. No payment card is required to start it. At the end of the trial, you choose a paid plan to keep your displays running.

Prices are shown on the pricing page excluding VAT. VAT is added where it applies. Your payment is taken when you subscribe and at each renewal.

Billing, renewal and cancellation

• Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans every year, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time in your account settings. Access continues until the end of the period already paid, which is not refunded.
• Upgrades apply immediately and the difference is charged pro rata; downgrades apply at the next renewal.
• If an invoice remains unpaid after a reminder, we may suspend the account. For business customers, late payment interest and the €40 fixed recovery indemnity provided by French law may apply.

Screens, players and internet

You supply the screens, the player devices and the internet connection. JustSigns runs on the platforms listed on our Download page. Content that is already scheduled keeps playing offline, but new content and changes need a connection to reach your displays.

Player apps are distributed through third-party app stores and run on third-party operating systems. Their features and rules can change, and the terms of those stores and systems also apply to you.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, hateful, deceptive or harassing content on your displays.
• Content you display must respect the rights of others, including image rights, copyright and licences for showing music or video in public.
• You are responsible for following local rules that apply to screens in public places and to advertising.
• No attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, resell it or access other customers' data.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you upload and display. You grant IDEALOGY the limited right to host, process and transmit that content only to operate the service for you. We do not use your content in our own marketing without your written agreement.

Availability and support

We aim to keep JustSigns available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible. Support is available in French and English at contact@justsigns.tv on business days. Enterprise plans may include specific response times in their order form.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, remains unpaid, or puts the service or other customers at risk. Except in serious cases, we give notice first. You can close your account at any time and download your content before it is deleted.

Liability

IDEALOGY provides the service with the care expected of a professional. We are not liable for indirect damage such as loss of profit, loss of audience or loss of opportunity, nor for damage caused by a third-party device, operating system, app store or internet provider. For direct damage, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for JustSigns during the twelve months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Consumers

If you subscribe as a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw. By asking for immediate access, you accept that the service starts during that period; if you then withdraw, you pay only for what has been used. Consumers may also contact a consumer mediator or use the European online dispute resolution platform.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Before any legal action, please write to contact@justsigns.tv so that we can look for a solution. Failing agreement, disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Paris, except where mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, for example to reflect new features or new legal requirements. Important changes are announced by e-mail or in the dashboard at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not accept them, you may cancel before they take effect.
