Before you begin.
My bookings is the buyer’s view; Received bookings is the display owner’s view. Network campaigns contains country-based Cloud Premium purchases. Your own private/local content playback is managed in Display, Playlist and Schedule and creates no Marketplace order.
For a control’s explanation, hover or focus it on desktop. Open Help & setup at the bottom for this page’s Setup guide. To read an action’s explanation on mobile, open that panel and tap the action; close action help to use controls normally.
Open your workspace ↗Start with dates and All orders
Open Marketplace Orders. Select the purchase/booking period and use Find an order to search by display, country or order reference. All orders combines the available groups; category counts refer to groups loaded for this date range, not your lifetime transaction total.
My bookings — ads you bought on a display
Use My bookings when you purchased another owner’s Marketplace space. It includes scheduled-slot bookings and that listing’s impression purchases. Open the display’s order, check its dates/status, then use the content-assignment controls. Example: you buy ad time on another shop’s screen.
Received bookings — orders on your displays
Use Received bookings when another advertiser buys space you listed. You are the display owner receiving the order. Review availability and the status/actions offered for that booking. Example: a brand books your restaurant screen. Creating your own listing or pairing your own screen does not create an incoming order.
Assign content for the correct purchase type
For a scheduled digital booking, select the booked slot/order and assign media or a playlist. For listing impressions, use that order’s media, duration and transition controls. For a network campaign, open Media, choose the creative, orientation and any location/radius targeting, then save. Uploading to Media alone does not attach the file to an order.
Manage physical billboard delivery
Physical billboard orders use the actions available for their current role and status. Open Details or Messages, exchange the required files, and follow acceptance, work and proof of delivery. Review any dispute/refund actions offered; submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
Read reports and locate older orders
For a network campaign, use Status and Report; Previous Orders is available when earlier campaigns exist. “No recorded plays yet” means no playback has been recorded for that view—check the media assignment, period and targeting. Recorded plays are playback events, not a count of people who saw the ad. Use Billing for payment questions and Proof of Play for supported device reports.
