GOOD TO KNOW

Before you begin.

Example: you offer advertising on a shop display. You create the listing and its prices; a buyer books it; you follow Received bookings while the buyer prepares the ad in My bookings. Existing bookings may restrict changes, deactivation or deletion.

For a control’s explanation, hover or focus it on desktop. Open Help & setup at the bottom for this page’s Setup guide. To read an action’s explanation on mobile, open that panel and tap the action; close action help to use controls normally.

THE ADVERTISING FLOW, IN BRIEF

Offer space, then receive bookings.

You are the display owner. Create your listing, configure the linked display and schedule or impression package, complete its information/location, then activate it. Another advertiser’s purchase appears in Received bookings for you and My bookings for them.

A schedule sells available time slots. Listing Cloud Impressions sells a package for that listing. Neither creates a separate network campaign. Publishing alone does not mean an ad is booked or playing; physical billboard jobs follow delivery and proof.

01

Create the public listing

Go to Public Ad Display → Add Public Ad Display. Enter the requested basic details, then continue to Play Setup. Choose Digital Signage, Billboard or TV Channel and link a display where the form requires one. Pair a digital player from Display first if you have not already done so.

02

Offer scheduled time slots

For a digital listing sold by time, choose its schedule and review the dates, available slots and prices. These are the times an advertiser can book. Make sure the schedule and linked player are ready for the content that will be assigned to a paid booking.

03

Offer impressions on this listing

If available for the selected format, set Cloud Impressions to Yes. Add a package with quantity, ad duration in seconds and price, then choose the playlist used for these ads. A buyer can purchase this listing’s impressions without reserving a time slot when checkout offers that option. This setting does not create a country-wide network campaign.

04

Complete display information and location

Add a recognizable title, description and photos. Check the format, dimensions, orientation and industry rules offered by the form. Complete the country, city, postcode and map/location details so advertisers can find the right space. Use accurate information for this actual listing.

05

Save, activate and check Marketplace

Finish the form and activate the listing when it is ready to receive bookings. Check its Marketplace card and availability. Activation can update the linked device’s assigned content, so check that player afterwards. Saving or activating a listing alone does not create an order or mean that an advertiser has paid.

06

Manage the orders you receive

When another advertiser completes a purchase on your listing, go to Marketplace Orders → Received bookings. Choose the right dates and search for the display. The advertiser sees the same purchase under My bookings. For physical billboard work, use the order’s available messages, files and proof-of-delivery actions.
